In the 1900’s we generally had to deal with diseases such as the flu, pneumonia, and tuberculosis; but now in the 21st century we are dealing with things such as cancer, heart diseases, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s. These new diseases that we had never seen before all seem to be stressed related; in other words our Physiological Makeup determines our life expectancy, which is a very different way of being sick. Now new research is even shows that our immune system is affected by stress. The question most of us want to know is how so many people that seem so unhealthy end up living such a long time?
