Dealing With Stress

In the 1900’s we generally had to deal with diseases such as the flu, pneumonia, and tuberculosis; but now in the 21st century we are dealing with things such as cancer, heart diseases, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s. These new diseases that we had never seen before all seem to be stressed related; in other words our Physiological Makeup determines our life expectancy, which is a very different way of being sick.
